We have taken care of all the details to ensure the occupants comfort and luxury.
The building
The Imperial Suites is a four-story apartment building just a few minutes' walk from the city center of Ioannina.
Built in 2021, it consists of XXX luxury apartments of 35m2 and 60m2, which have a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

The Apartments
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped!
In addition to the wardrobes, the bedroom has a double bed with a memory mattress from the Italian company Magniflex. In the main areas you will find an office and a library. You will also find a three-seater sofa which turns into a single bed. Of course there are various small pieces of furniture which complete the decoration.
In terms of equipment, the kitchen has all the household appliances, namely an oven with a double ceramic hob and a fridge-freezer. Also, all apartments have a 6kg washing machine. Finally, there is a 43' TV, Smart type, by the LG company.

Security
From the design phase we took the issue of security very seriously. So it was decided, inside the facilities, access is only allowed with the magnetic cards available to our customers.
- In all apartments there is a smoke sensor connected to sirens as well as the fire brigade. For this reason, smoking inside the apartments is expressly prohibited
- The tiles in all areas of the building, apartments and bathrooms are Anti-slip R10
- The balconies of the apartments have reinforced high railings 1.15m high
